I agree. I love it when the kids order $1000 worth of stuff and the parents are stuck with it. If you must give the kid an “electronic pacifier” get one that’s geared for kids and not a phone.

I suppose this is progress…. in the past, TV was the virtual babysitter.

This is not funny at all, just sad because it is so true.

I saw that happen at a Sam’s Club

Whenever I notice a momma consistently interacting with her baby I let her know how refreshing she is.

Bad form…..

Watched a baby have a tantrum, fussing and screaming, not for Momma or Gramma, but for the phone. It was sickening.

I saw this happen just some weeks ago.

Electronic babysitter equals zero effective parenting.

While does not apply to a baby – there are also a lot of parents who have to let their children use their cell phones – especially for online – as the parents can’t figure this out, but the children can.
