I remember when a half gallon was a half gallon. ‘Half gallon’ of ice cream is now 1.5 quarts. A few years ago, orange juice went from a half gallon (64 oz) to 59 ounces. Couple of weeks ago, down to 52 oz. I guess it won’t be much longer before a ‘half gallon’ looks more like a quart.

The first one’s weird due to the exclamation mark. I was thinking 4! as in 4 factorial, as in 4X3X2X1=24, which would make it 24, 9, 16, 42, 64?, 90.

I think it’s just 4, considering the next one is 9. All of the rest increase by something, as if she was counting up. That’s the logic I used
