Just what Arizon needs—an 85 year old junior senator—one who still thinks Obama’s birth certificate is fake—bring back a cringe daily embarrassment.

“Our current libel laws are a sham and a disgrace and do not represent American values or American fairness… You can’t say things that are false, knowingly false, and be able to smile as money pours into your bank account.”— Trump, 2018

Trump says he backs stronger Libel law, doesn’t that mean he thinks Arpaio needs to go to jail? Oh wait….“[Barack Obama] doesn’t have a birth certificate, or if he does, there’s something on that certificate that is very bad for him. Now, somebody told me — and I have no idea if this is bad for him or not, but perhaps it would be — that where it says ‘religion,’ it might have ‘Muslim.’ And if you’re a Muslim, you don’t change your religion, by the way.”— Trump, 2011

“An ‘extremely credible’ source has called my office and told me that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a fraud.”— Trump, 2012

The manchild you quote cannot know the meaning of “extremely credible”, or he would not have made his most recent attack on libel laws. Kudos to the staffer who wrote that statement, knowing that most people would see the irony. He or she was sharing a little joke with the world, providing a brief moment of levity between lamentable acts of dangerous delusion.

I expect Arpaio would introduce a bill to make Guantanamo prisoners wear pink panties and eat baloney sandwiches.

OK. Look at her picture and tell me that when she gets out of the room she doesn’t fall down laugh, cry for five minutes or so, and then she takes her meds. And you don’t care one bit.

ROBNVON GC INSIDER LESS THAN A MINUTE AGO The most troubling part of the question I have raised is phrased is couched in the troubling form of agism. I’d insist on the validity of that critique. Dammit. I’m 73 and I want young people running the show henceforth. Young people have been screwed and to ease their burden and certainly improve the world for their children, I want to turn their futures over to them since my generation have greedheaded them into the ground. Asfor my generation and how I how I have allowed those misbegotten bastard to gain power to so screw everything up so massively, I am sorry and beg eternity’s forgiveness and beg all to realize that all the more I might have done would have involved C-4 and innocent people dying.
