After she gets him to act like a child she’ll despise him for not being a man.
Come on Arlo, just get up, go outside and sit in the shade with something cold to drink where you can enjoy some peace and quiet with your man parts still firmly attached.
I am genuinely confused. Arlo says, “I love you,” and Janis replies, “Just can’t bring yourself to say it, can you?” What did she want him to say that he had not just said?
I think she is trying to get him to embrace the texting culture. She’s been concerned about losing her youthful looks, maybe she wants them to be more youthful in general?
Seems to me like they had a contest of sorts re: modern texting. She loves him and knows he loves her, so I don’t think that’s the point. I find emojis abhorrent, but that’s the current trend. Groovy, eh.? ;-)
That he will go crazy trying to get my computer to run the old software I like or play along with me with my teddy bears talk – including moving bears around in the teddy bear village (figurines and small toys) to do different things when I am not looking, take me to see Louisa May Alcott’s house every trip we make to Concord, MA – and listen to me talk her and her family (or complain about the latest movie from one of her books that I WILL NOT go see), or put up with any of my other craziness or takes my 94yo mom to a doctor with me- he is telling me that he loves me.
On the other hand – I know more about James Bond and Ian Fleming than anyone – especially a woman – should including Fleming’s history – did you know there was and American TV show special of “Casino Royal” long before there were any movies?

What’s the matter? Are you showing signs of not taking care of what she’s really looking for or wants?

I have never used an emoji and probably never will. Seems a rather lazy way of communicating.

Why has she gotten so “naggy”? I’m a woman and am annoyed by many of her antics.

What a workout! Wait until one of you dies and you will really realize what is important. Clueless in the meantime…..

Husband doesn’t have to say anything to me.
