Just over what did Andy trip upon entering Jack’s pub? If his own feet, how is Jack going to pay Andy’s hospital bill and a barrister’s legal fee?

Well, in our province, employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation from the government- and you cannot sue but instead have to deal with unending bureaucratic delays and paperwork.

Bad idea… Andy would be minus one pub in which to have a tab… And anyway, Jack would just deduct the ‘settlement’ from Andy’s tab… There would probably be £s left over…

Jack’s Pub doesn’t seem like it’s loaded with security cameras making this hard to prove. Will Jack then allow Andy back in after trying to scam him? I hope so.

That would be truly callous after Jack has put up with him for so many years.

Jack will just counter sue for Andy’s bar tab.

Would not work for him. She meant to say her work would pay compensation to Olive. Only business can pay compensations to their employees, but Andy forget he is not Jack’s employees.

However, customers can sue businesses after a very serious accident or a fatal accident not the tripping which is not enough for him.

Perhaps he’s been practicing on the football field.
