Short term plan

now THAT is what I call a “future”, kid!

Near future Adam, near future…

An excellent future!

Planning my future……..lunch menu.

One day at a time otherwise.

To lunch or not to lunch. That is the future planning.

Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer

The pangs and growls of outrageous hunger

Or to take the sustenance of mediocre taste.

Good sirrah, I cannot stomach this.

Food for thought.

You know. I still haven’t answered to my satisfaction that old question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”. I mean really, what do you want to be?

I have a plan

I’m going to read my comics, then snack while I read a book for a while, then go to bed

I’m off work tonight, don’t have any plans that far ahead

That’s easy. I skip lunch.

Slow down Adam, have a cup of coffee.

Pizza rolls = hot pockets? Gah.

We wouldn’t want to get ahead of ourselves.

Meanwhile, Adam can ponder his past and figure out where it went wrong.

We used to do an exercise at the beginning of the school year where we set “visions” … where did we want to be in 1yr, …in 5yr …in 10yr A lot of my students had trouble envisioning where they would be Friday night. (they eventually got some ideas tho).

Just planned a grilled medium cheddar as a bridge ’til lunch..

Sill better choice than turkey leftovers…

Don’t rush it Dad. It comes too fast as it is…..
