Parents of the Year, ladies and gentlemen!

I just love that third panel. That’s great drawing, right there!

On the other hand, I read so much that my mother, thinking it was interfering with my schooling (it wasn’t), actually forbade me to read … but only at home where she would know about it. Unbeknownst to her, I just change the bulk of my reading to when I was at school … which did interfere with my schooling. I still managed to graduate with a B+ average, 13th in a class of 500, but her prohibition could have backfired spectacularly!

If Katy had glued his hands to the book he’d have been happy to blame her. Maybe the two of them have a bet going on how mom and dad will respond to this unnatural act?

Superglue. Went through a whole series of office pranks and counter pranks using that stuff, 30 years ago. Fun, but for a while you had to be on the lookout for anything, even sitting down.

Okay, now I’m suspicious. Check the garage for pods.
