   That’s one of the few Christmas songs I like. Others include Weird Al Yankovic’s “The Night Santa Went Crazy” and Kip Addotta’s “I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus.”

   Actually I could have drawn myself in Griff’s place. No offense, I HATE that song. Its probably because there was one christmas where I heard it all day, all the time and began to annoy me. Then my wife and a friend in the Air Force (we were stationed overseas at a joint NATO post) picked up on it and started singing/ playing it around me all through the holidays because they knew it annoyed me. That turned the annoyance into blind hatred. If Roscoe had played it, Griff would have fed him that Banjo….and not from his mouth.

   I don’t think Griff would take a chainsaw to grandma, but any CD’s or physical recording of the song…yeah, he would go haywire. Roscoe singing it in front of him? I can almost hear the words “temporary insanity” in court. (though honestly, Griff’s not the most stable dude in the first place)
