    I hate the word diet. That means its only temporary. Hope you remember the movie “Cast Away”. Take the hint from Tom Hanks and create a Wilson. Needs to be small though so you can carry him with you. And make sure you put a face on it so you will have someone to talk to. Cheer up Ziggy, more than likely you are not too far from Sandals Resort.
