I thought of that Susan, but I don’t think that’s the kind of collateral the bank would take. After all, they’d have to feed and house them.
I guess Ziggy has no posessions that are worth anything - including his home.

Does he mean the middle class tax cut that Clinton promised, then backed out of on the excuse that the economy was too bad, and which we never got even at the end of his tenure, with the great economy that he claimed credit for, even though it was already on the rise when he took office and starting to tank before he left?
