    Been using LiveHelp on the sites. Better, but you can tell by the response time they are having to translate sometimes. :-)

    Joy, LOVE THE NEW AVATAR!! Live help is frustrating also, but not as bad. At least you don’t have to go through Verizon’s rig a ma row!

    If unemployment is so bad, why can’t these companies hire LIVE ENGLISH speaking operators and put some people to work!

    Right Dry…also stop sending raw materials for production overseas. The junk that comes back especially from China is ridiculous, I’d rather pay more for quality. Cheap labor=cheap products, geez…
