    Some of the nicest conversations I have had have been with people who are grateful that I told them they had the wrong number.

    Silverpearl…me too, I’ve called folks, including Drs offices, back when they leave a message, and/or expect a callback. They really appreciated it in all the cases I did that. Many were elderly !

    Cool when you can make friends with a stranger over the phone because one of you dialed the wrong number. It’s like chatting with someone in line at the supermarket. Just plain fun.
