    Wow, even I am bumfuzzled and shattergasted over that perceptive remark.

    That’s just John trying to make his former boss look good since she now reads the strip.

    According to an article the other day in the Washington Post, the correct answer is Next Generation. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2014/03/28/these-graphs-prove-star-trek-the-next-generation-is-better-than-the-original-series/

    Unfortunate as it may be Rita has times of enlightenment a few times a month it seems.

    Rita should watch Babylon 5 instead.

    Rita ALWAYS outsmarts that bunch! The readers of this comic just don’t get it! Zakour and Roberts are playing you!

    @Shattered Memories

    Yes. He’s pretty much always way off the mark. But he’s amusing.

    Rita isn’t a stupid person. She’s just on a different plane. She can be maddeningly obtuse, and unaware of what others think. She can be gullible and naive, and incapable of listening to advice. But she’s smarter than the Pointy Haired Boss.

    While TNG had excellent special effects and acting, the writing tended to be weak. The original series was much better written, save for the third season. However, even some of the third season episodes were excellent.

    Watch it, that actually WAS the best one. Especially seasons 3 and 4.
