I can understand Rita’s unwillingness to promote teamwork – they might team up on her!

no teams in life? family might be a team, sometimes some of them, like a mother-in-law, are on the “opposing side”

Forcing your employees into a setting like this is only likely to amplify what disagreements they already have with each other. Only way for an employee to survive it is to think of it as a company-paid vacation.

Rita might want to backtrack on that the next time she wants the team to work on a project that the boss wants done by the next day. There are no teams in life, remember Rita?

I watched Art Linkletter when I was young back in the 1960’s. Loved seeing him in all his shows.

He was just 66, 10 years older than myself. I didn’t hear what killed him. He has one more book coming out in November.

Without team work civilization would be non-existent. Collectivism can be done in a good way if it also supports individuals who make up that collective.
