   The late great Ma Bell became like this over the years. When I joined in 1971 the people in the middle and even on top had risen thru the ranks and knew what communications was all about. Today the people in the middle and especially on top don’t have a clue about the futuristic digital and fiber optic equipment. All they know is time sheets for the workers and harrasing the employees.
