Id is just like America Fink. Not enough goods
    are produced here either.

Yep. Last year we were a distant 5th place in manufacturing. When one considers that the labor participation rate is less than half, it’s surprising we make that many things.

Even here in Japan it is difficult to get anything not made in China. And we do get the smog – and the sand from the desert on a regular basis.

‘Do we at least make our own lead?’
’Don’t need to …we just melt down everything we buy from China.’

We make debt. Lots and lots of debt. I just can’t understand it. How can big money economics be so different from the systems we as individuals use? Our government just keeps printing more and more money seemingly without a care?

Chinese goods are good for their people and I have never bought any I didn’t want.
    .
    Have you?
    ?
Besides, they finance our governmental benefits for us. Mighty nice of them.

I absolutely agree with you! We here in Germany are very much worried about your government printing money without care!

Pollution so bad it melted two peaks in frame 2?

Those weren’t peaks, they were smog clouds that were moving (drifting?) backward beyond the horizon. Notice that the big cloud on the left in panel 1 is smaller in the second panel.
