   Well at least it’s got the crowd in a good mood. Now the time for the Fink to deliver his speech on the NEW taxes…..while with all the laughter…the crowd won’t hear a thing…and latter he’ll be able to say,with honesty for a change, that they had been told about the coming taxes in his last speech….Weren’t they listening?
