I always thought that was an anthropomorphic flume of steam or smoke from the cauldron’s boiling potion.

Agreed. How can he be a “live” ghost when, by definition, ghosts are dead?

A girl was visiting her blonde friend who had acquired two new dogs, and asked her what their names were.
    .
The blonde responded by saying that one was named Rolex and the other was named Timex.
    .
Her friend said, “Who ever heard of someone naming dogs like that?”
    .
“HellOOOooo,” answered the blonde. “They’re watch dogs!”

If ghosts are undead, does that make them the life of the party?

So many decades later, and he’s not living smoke. He’s a ghost. Why was I not informed?
