    Spook doesn’t have much room to run around
    where he is.

    Well, think of it this way, Spook: you are what you eat, so this can only be an improvement for you!

    “Seen Harvey”? I thought he was invisible.

    Wasn’t Harvey a rabbit, or Jimmy Stewart?

    ALL food is organic!! Organic simply means it contains carbon atoms! A bunch of IDIOTS usurped a chemical property for a meaningless sales pitch!!!

    DDT (para-dichloro-diphenyltrichloroethane) an ethane compound is ORGANIC!!!

    That guard is in danger of being thrown in the cell with spook if the Fink finds out he slipped him a chicken.

    Parker and Hart get a kickback for using Frank’s products in this strip.

    @Thirdguy

    Harvey was a Pooka, a 6-foot invisible rabbit.

    .
    True. Anything with a carbon bond is organic.
    .
    An Integrated Pest Management Specialist, about 20 years ago, told us students that under the organic guidelines back then, about 20 of the much older chemicals that are persistent were allowable, versus the modern chemicals that must break down under the action of sunlight or water within 24 hours’ time.
    .
    What’s really yukky is that about 20 or so years ago, the practice of stacking chicken cages atop each other, as opposed to next to each other came along. The gunk would rain down on the chickens underneath and so the farms would use antibiotics all the time. No one seemed to think of the “revolutionary” idea of just putting a shelf between the cages…
    .
    In the 1990s some idiots in the meat industry in iowa were actually using fluoroquinolones (broad spectrum powerful antibiotics and one of the last lines of defense against bacteria) and JAMA had an 2000s article that linked it to chest infections in the northeast that were not responsive to antibiotics. (Since cooking kills such bacteria, one wonders why they didn’t say how it was spread, but it could be something so simple as forgetting to wash the hands after preparing the meat and wiping the mouth.)
