The pair began paving the path to the Kingdom of Id in 1950, when Parker, a staff artist for the Binghamton Press in upstate New York, was asked to judge a high school art contest. Among the entrants was a teenager by the name of Johnny Hart, whose work so impressed Parker that he arranged a meeting.

Just like your mind Roddy.

The condemned should hope he gets hit with the rubber cup.

If Rodney is bad at commanding his troops then the archers must be a bunch of lousy shots. Live long and prosper Mr Spock. ( I’ve always wanted to say that) hee hee.

Short on ammunition?
SQUIDBREAKER said, 4 months ago
The blank is the one not fired because of the kingdom’s stimulus package.

@MrSpock: better than getting hit with the Stanley cup. That would hurt.

I think the suction cup makes it perfect for repeated use - ergo saving the poor taxpayers money - sounds like a government plan. Probably no thought given to what happens if the cup falls off.

Looks to me like that rubber suction cup is on backasswards….not that it makes a whole lot of difference to the aimee.

I’ve read all the comments…nobody gets it.

see all the men in a firing squad are shooting blanks except 1. SO nobody knows who actually shot the final shot.

Then Rodney has the requirements for the panoply of arrows backwards (all but one should be blanks). Typical. Besides, the “blank” tip looks more like a pacifier than a suction cup. :)

Thanks for clearing it up. I thought it was a collection of Star Trek insignias and a comically miniaturized ten-gallon cowboy hat.

technically, a firing squad had only one UNloaded gun. the squad hit the condemned person with multiple bullets, but no-one knew who fired the blank round so all could salve their consciences.

@yyyguy,
Thanks for the explanation. It makes sense now.
