   Some people are allergic to water. It’s a condition called aquagenic urticaria. These people can’t even take a shower.

   I agree with gmartin997’s Quiet Man reference. When I drink water though, it’s to knock down the medicatation. That’s it and that’s all.

    Water will not help to cure the hiccups. Just put the grocery paper bag on (in) the head to help stopping the hiccups.
