    He has two out of three right in my book. Professionals don’t want a clutter, just a few high quality cooking utensils. Ironing boards aren’t needed with wool and cotton fabrics that don’t wrinkle, period.
    But a sewing machine sure can save time.
    Do we continue to have a country where most of the best cooks were men, because the girls were trained in early childhood to not experiment, but only to read the recipe and do exactly what it says? Or have we learned to allow all the children to be as good as they can be at everything?
