This is actually an old comic. I’ve read it before. These were originally made at least ten or twenty years ago. I think they’re just recycling them.

Not funny if considered a political cartoon. Funny, if you think of the “vote” as being during Rabbit’s “meetings” where Pooh usually falls asleep halfway through anyway
