    I played that game. And the loser got a “pink belly”. After all that rolling around on the grass, the “grass itch” would set in, so we ended up down to the sound to relieve the itch. Which only led to chunking clam or oyster shells at each other.
    Ah, life was good.

    We played “Running Bases” because “Pickle” needed some sort of explanation….“You see..a pickle is in a JAR…and it’s sort of stuck…nevermind”
