    I like it too. The humor is similar to Dixie Drive but it’s more “Wide Open”.

    My guess is that it has to do with the caption, not the cartoon. I could be wrong…I hope Josh replies and clears that up.

    I think WIseass refers to Jackass as opposed to Jackbutt.

    The term “Wise-ass”. Need i say more? If it was “Jackass” , I still would be reading it, but now, it’s “adios”! That make 3 strips I’ve dumped so far: Endtown (July) Daddy’s Home (last month) and now Wide Open. See you!

    I may be too late with this, Josh; but how could the term wise-ass possibly be referring to the anatomy? That makes no sense on the face of it (no pun intended). The word “ass” is tacked onto a lot of other words (e.g. “badass”), none of which have anything to do with the derriere.
