    Cutting brush on a “ranch” with no livestock for weeks, vs going to a play for an evening? Uh, Harley, don’t you see any difference? Security at most federal buildings by the way under Bush became ridiculous at “low security” facilities, while anyone could walk into many “secure” locations, and did.

    nomad, don’t you even understand the cartoon? It’s not about Obama being “not present.” He’s been one of the hardest working presidents so far – certainly compared to his predecessor. This cartoon is in reference to the horrible results of a security test in which the testers were able to assemble bombs in federal buildings and walk around with them unchallenged.
