    Yeah it’s a little confusing but I’ll give it a shot.

    I think this cartoon is saying that the violence is decreasing because people are protecting themselves better and sarcastically shows a man that stole armor from the museum until the violence went down?

    Maybe has something to do with the handgun ban being repealed in D.C.?

    I’m not being crass I’m actually trying to guess.
