    Here in Frankfurt, Germany, the Penguins in the zoo are walked around the premise every day in winter (exercise). They are well trained and behaved and are a huge attraction for the visitors. The best photos are when they are walked beyond the polar bear enclosure/aquarium with it’s big underwater windows. The bears dive and look and try to get at them, they are very interested. This is exactly what you described: these animals would never meet each other in nature.
