    I assume the color means the schnoz has been holding it’s breath the whole time? Second frame might be a little redder.

    From now on, it’s “Justices like Scalia, Thomas, and Alito” who should be confirmed. One down, three to go.

    Funny, how Obama voted NO on Roberts. Politics make strange bedfellows.

    What evidence do you offer of such a threat? Further, are you telling us that a justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, a person who has Secret Service protection, whose family has Secret Service protection, would so forget his duty and integrity as to make a ruling according to the direction of “thugs”?

    @piobaire

    rightisright gave you a clue: he said he agreed with "non-affirmative action " members of the Court. That’s code for “I’m a hateful racist and I’m too stupid to be ashamed of it.” People like that don’t need proof, and don’t respond to actual facts anyway.

    When a layperson has a better grasp of the Constitution than a Supreme Court Justice (the non-affirmative action ones). So, you know more than Clarence Thomas?

    The problem with this cartoon is that the GOP dropped the “replace” idea over a year ago. They have no plan except the status quo, and we’ve seen how expensive THAT is getting.

    You are a repulsive excuse for a human being, propagating vile “theories” just because of how much you hate Obama. Just try to justify ANY of your statements. Good luck.

    So much for counting on the conservative activist Roberts.

    One of you ninnyhammers must’ve flagged the original comment, which makes your reactions look even dumber. I offered no “proof” of Roberts’ being threatened because it was as stated: a theory, and a damned good one.

    If you think Dear Leader/chicago thuggee is above threatening the life of a single judge standing in the way of his legacy and trillion dollar dictatorship, you’re on the wrong planet.

    And to Goofus up there in the comments. When I write “non-affirmative action judge” it has nothing to do with “hate” and everything to do with qualifications. Kagan helped write the law yet refused to recuse herself from the case. That’s like Simon Cowell judging singers of songs he wrote. Liberal moral bankruptcy.

    The ‘wise Latina’ (a moniker she gave to herself) is another activist marxist plant, who arrived in Court as several of her stupid, poorly-written legal opinions were being overturned.

    Activist crone Ginsburg should be luring children into gingerbread houses, not sitting on the Court.

    Unlike these aforementioned dopes, Thomas didn’t win the “skin/vagina” lottery to make it onto the Court. The libs tried to crucify “uppity” Thomas and failed. Ha.

    And I do hate Obama the Empty Suit, not because he’s half-White but because he’s ALL RED. Any good patriot should hate a would-be tyrant. Isn’t that what you all were saying when Bush was in office? Or maybe another gibe at Cheney’s heart transplant, wishing aloud he had died?

    You’re not despicable people for believing as you do. You’re people who merely believe despicable things about your own country. Shame.
