I never thought of Twitter as having positive aspects, but if it works to give voice to folks who otherwise might not have a voice, so be it.
I would also love people to do what is right, and not only because they are afraid they will be exposed– but that’s not how it has ever worked. People - systems - will get away with what they can. That’s why regulation is important.
