and he can speak well in coherent sentences at the same time … wow, whatta change

  3. redheadsandrazorbacks

the even bigger change is that most of the folks that didnt vote for him hope he does a good job.

i doubt he would be very “coherent” had he had to deal with GWB’s first term, but i guess we’ll all find out.

“i…uhhh…need a smoke. take me…uhhh…off the white house grounds.’

Can’t agree there. I wish W would have done a good job–if he had we wouldn’t be in the mess we’re in.

red, you right on the money OK.(note my laughter) W’s first term!!?? I don’t think there could have been more inept individual in the Whitehouse. Karl Rove and 9/11 let him squeak through for a secnd term. So,smoking disqualifies the Pres huh. At this point I’m like Pres Lincoln when Gen Grant was being criticized for his drinking. Lincoln’s answer, “well bring me a case of whatever he’s drinking”. If I thought lighting up would help, I’d go get me a carton,

redhead, After 9/11 Pres Bush had the support of the entire country, ready to unite behind him, and eager for leadership (I didn’t vote for Bush 43 and i was most definitely behind him after 9/11, ready to follow his lead)
    he also had the support of the rest of the world (minus a couple of countries, granted); a good deal of that national support gradually evaporated when he failed to supply leadership and never effectively used the bully pulpit to engage us in a unified front;
when he sent us off in wrongheaded directions worldwide support eroded
i not only hoped he did a good job, I prayed he did … Bush had the support of the american public and most of the world in his hands and he dropped it

bcs states the facts. We had the support of the world going after Al Quida but lost it going in to Iraq. It made terrorism flourish. Osama bin Laudin was clapping his hands in glee when we took over an oil rich nation.

sorry guys…but iraq is doing a whole lot better and its following almost exactly the scenario Gen. “Betray us” spelled out when the current secretary of state called him that. i try to be optimistic concerning military matters and do remember 80% of Americans approving military action in iraq. i pray for a peaceful democratic ally in the middle east and pray for iraq to be that ally…and ill not have “the rest of the world” making my opinions for me…sue me.

i also remember that GWB had not even had his tail in a white house seat long enough to warm it before he “STOLE THE ELECTION!!!”

as many have said since BHO won the presidency, “Its good for America if he does well and I hope he does.”…it would be best not to forget that its probably also good for US if GWB is not 1/2 the tool “the world” may want him to be…

not too mention the fact that BHO hasnt really changed too very many policies or positions away from the bush administration…yet…and unless or until he/they do, we all should probably be hoping things go really well.

…and lighting up DOES help Hump. go buy you a carton for the little kids that have no insurance and trauma centers in arkansas…somebody needs to…im gonna’ quit so i can STICK IT TO THE MAN!!!!

“I…uh…am still needing that smoke. How…uh…long does it take to…uh…bring a car around?”

Hump, its not a “W” club…its an “American” thing…maybe you wouldnt understand.

PS. BHO doesnt have to drive himself anywhere anymore. i dont think they will let him if he wants to.

Red, concerning the success in Iraq it has cost us over 4000 dead soldiers, billions and billions of dollars and Osama bin Ladin is still clapping his hands with glee. Not to even mention the thousands of civilians dead. Now our economy is in the tank. Nothing like the current crisis to make bin Ladin happy.
