   No, the only TRULY secure computer is encased in cement and at the bottom of the ocean.
   And even then, I’d keep an eye out for scuba divers with chisels!

   China hacks everything in this country. News papers, Google, the Pentagon, the power grid and a lot of other things. At least when Russia tried it we messed with their traffic lights in Moscow for a day to get them to cut it out.
   
   I don’t know if we did anything to China to get them to quite. Why is everybody afraid of that country. Yes they have over 1.3 billion people they also have .9 billion still under the poverty line and they have a huge infrastructure they have to support. We have India as an ally. The issue is hard but not impossible.
