    But what about our God Given Freedom?? Our ability to shoot someone, that is, any place, any time? Can you be a help, Mr. LaPierre?

    When I think of Albania I think of political unrest and their own version of the wild wild west. We should take all the guns from Americans and give them to Albanians because they would be more responsible.

    USA and Mexico with Texas as the trigger, but unfortunately the barrel takes in part of Canada which does not belong in this drawing.

    Unfortunately over the years the USA has armed the drug cartels in Mexico. At least 1 in 10 by last count. Better weapons, larger magazines aid their cause. The US Drug War help to make them and so it is poetic justice in a way to arm them as well. Irony hurts mostly Mexicans today.

    the ‘fast and furious’ gun scandal was shameless and careless.
    but my questions;
    does Mexico inspect less than 10% of cargo carriers entering their country like the US?
    and don’t they really know who’s calling the shots? just like the justice dept. knew who the mob boses were here in the US in the 20’s during prohibition?

    I may be wrong, but I don’t think any of the recent shootings have been done by an NRA member. It’s a matter of WHO is allowed to have a weapon. Lots of luck on disarming criminals.
    Also, aren’t there a number of countries with higher murder rates than the US – but also have gun controls?
    Fortunately, I live in an area where if one owns a gun, it is more likely to be involved in a “friendly fire” incident than be needed for defence. Not everyone is that lucky.

    Map seems to include Toronto, which had 25 gun murders last year. It ain’t Chicago, but it ain’t paradise, either.

    “A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don’t have one, you’ll probably never need one again.”

    Thank you Albania, for complimenting the United States with that cartoon. There was no way the dictator Enver Hoxha would be at ease with Albanian civilians owning firearms. Dictators are scared to death of armed civilians. After all how many slaveowners were fine with slaves carrying firearms?

    I’ve had guns since I was six…never once considered pointing one at a human before Nam and never again…control access to guns.
