    Aside from re-enabling the ATF’s mission, I doubt any real change will happen – it has to go through the legislative process, after all.

    Yes, the NRA makes people go nuts and kill people. We aren’t sure how they have that much power, but I understand some Democrats are looking into telekinesis.

    Blaming the perpetrators of the crimes would be way too hard to fix. Let’s go after the second amendment and take away civil rights. That’ll stop the violence. When guns are outlawed, criminals will give theirs up.
    Let’s demonize the NRA, it’s easier, it’s more fun and we can pretend we are actually doing something about stopping criminals from being criminals.

    Don’t worry, there are many guns around for you to cling to and cuddle with to help you sleep at night, America. Statistics also show you are more likely to have someone in your immediate family perforated by keeping a weapon at home.
