   Say what you will our Capitalistic system has lasted over 200 years while the USSR lasted less then 80 years and the European Union is only 13 years old. I wish the left would defend why we should follow them.

   What has been shown to work the best here, in Europe and anywhere else is a mix of Capitalism tempered by Socialism. Not one or the other only.

   I wish the righties would explain why THEY say we shouldn’t follow Europe one moment…and the next moment they’re saying what America needs to do is to go to the AUSTRIAN economic model

   ‘Scuse me? Isn’t Austria in Europe?

   Oh and before America decide to REGULATE ( Ewww, SOCIALISM! ) its banking system, this country had massive bank failures every ten years or so.

   I don’t call that a successful model myself.
