Wait’ll iran funnels materials to make a “dirty bomb” to terrorists. They will do so by concoting a clever cover story, whereby the terrorists are depicted as having stolen the material via a vehicle hijacking or some such. “Honest UN members, we didn’t GIVE them the stuff, they STOLE it from us! so please don’t nuke us in retaliation, or we will have you prosecuted for war crimes in the World Court.”
