That’s Dilma Rousseff, president of Brazil, on those screens, isn’t it? The hair-do, the reddish colour…yeah, I’d say it is.

Samuca has Obama voyeuring Rousseff? Erk!

Obviously a comment on the NSA spying on Brazilian internet traffic.

I was in Vienna last week and their media were full of news about some villa owned/used by the US’s NSA which was rumoured to have most of their (Austrian) internet traffic monitored [by tapping into their fibre-optic network] (…because of the heavy UN presence and other international agencies in Vienna).
The villa was just around the corner from the park where we often take our daughter. :-|

Probably, but she is quite attractive, the cartoon image portrays her as deformed and really really bad teeth, right out of the Big Book of British Smiles.

^ Oh yeah, totally took me by surprise we all spy on each other. :-|

Meanwhile, I found an English language article by Reuters on the cartoon’s theme.

I wonder is she is really so naive to think that would stop spy agencies or if she is just trying to give the local economy a boost?

It’s populism. Brings in the voters.
