Up until the 1950s, London was enveloped in the infamous peasoup-green smog which used to kill thousands every winter. The River Thames was almost hopelessly polluted.
We now know better (or do we really? …gas guzzlers anyone…?)
We polluted long and hard and mostly at their cost. So, yeah, perhaps we should help them industrialise without the equal rate of pollution we caused the planet these past 2 centuries.
I thought that China is actually trying to go green and it isn’t reported in the news over here. What is reported is all the coal factories they are building. What am I missing?
India and China dont even TRY and use decent pollution controls on their industries.
Climate change is all a lie perpetrated by politicians and the parasites who feed off them, anyway. I refuse to pretend to believe in such an obvious hoax.

um, fail, for one thing our sky’s are much cleaner. For another they are the ones that want money from us to stop smoking so they can go on smoking.

Man, don’t say fail. That’s a terrible word.
Still, yeah. China’s proved itself more than adept at polluting on a level far above the US.
