I cannot for the life of me understand why this administration and much of the media are siding with deposed president Zelada on this.
Their constitution clearly states (paraphrasing, but I’ve got the text) “you get one 4 year term. If you even think of extending it, you’re out of here!” (probably written that way because they’ve seen how dictatorships get that way in neighboring countries). Yet he did anyway (as well as other unconstitutional things). THEIR Congress and THEIR Supreme Court met and decided he had to go. They had their military pick him up in his pajamas and threw him on a plane. They then named a temp president till elections in a couple of months (which may be moved up).
That is what the AP (and some others) are calling a military coupe. Since none of the other news outlets do their own reporting anymore, they all cover it the same way (yes, unfortunately, including FOX).
I can only hope that when the “journalists” get back from the July 4th holiday, and they finally get MJ in the ground (did you hear– he’s still dead!) they’ll do their own homework.
I’d agree with Churchill here. It looks like this was a legitimate removal according to their constitution and supported by both congress and the supreme court.
Thank you PICKLE. 24 hours and no one else chimed in. But I did question the administration, so I guess that’s understandable. 2 posts on Limbaugh, though.

It’s Rush Limbaugh crying out for the rebels to come on over and help us get our government back that scares me.
