Don’t know why this particular editorial cartoon seems to hardly every be anything to do with Latin America. The only thing I can think of is that maybe these artists can’t get into the other areas to put their work.
The cartoon is ENTIRELY about Latin America, among other countries. It’s about the people’s experience with multinational countries robbing them blind.
