A tad overblown, but “atoms for peace”, needed a LOT better engineering, and far less “cost cutting”!!

When Japan becomes a radioactive wasteland maybe people will begin to wake up.

They need to stop spinning it and come clean to their people or else the people of Japan will deport them, without protection to Fucushima.

So, how long will it take for the nuclear mass to reach earth’s core or something just as volatile? And, next will Japan become another volcano spewing lava?

I looked into this extensively and have to report “nothing” and “nobody”, respectively. Sorry about that. The claim by TEPCO that it will take 40 years to clean up the site is ridiculous at best and a criminal lie at worst.

We here in Germany have a NPP that only ran for six month and was shut down in an orderly fashion (due to legal trouble) and we haven’t rebuild that one in 35 years. What chance does Japan have with four wrecked reactors?

They are unable to stop groundwater entering the basement. Read this sentence again. That’s an NPP we’re talking about and they can’t keep rainwater out! Their sensors are failing one by one, cameras sent to check the corium get fried, robots get stuck. They haven’t even lifted one spend fuel rod from the open (!) SFP of reactor #4. They don’t know how, quite simply, without irradiating half of the site again.

It’s all hopeless, but never worry, lets have the Olympics in Japan! Good grief…
