   Of course ‘they’ can, and they will. Once a government has an authority it will almost never give it up voluntarily. It’s only a matter of time before a boss will abuse that power.

   I suspect a Homeland drone would be about the size of a deck of cards. I also doubt a drone would be used in America when the two-legged assassin is so much cheaper, and is less likely to cause unwanted errors.

   The National Security State has barely begun to use armed drones. The US is next since all the testing has been done in Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and who knows where else.
