I have tried to write directly to the webmaster at gocomics about scott. Hopefully, he will be excluded from being able to post any more of his garbage.
Scott has the right to say as he will, this is an opinion place. Not being aware of any previous posts by him, this seems pretty neutral, not like he is encouraging it. However previous context is missing for me.

This is a brill cartoon…says it all w/o saying a word…and more, as if you look at the back of the pachyderm’s head, you’ll notice it really resembles something more than perhaps what you would expect the back of an elephant’s head to look like.
As to the issue of booting or banning people b/c you don’t agree with their statements…wouldn’t that make it less of a forum, and more of a hundred dollar a plate dinner for the candidate in question?? Freedom of speech is one of those freedoms Americans cherish and do fight to protect, regardless of which political party holds the office at the time.

Add to that the observation that both are in the same boat.
And, if scott got his wish and one booted the other out, the boat would now only go in circles; both are needed.

DR.SHAMUCK: The point of the toon is the boat IS going in circles.
REKAM: If you start booting off posters because you don’t agree with them, this will become a very lonely place. I don’t advise it.
