    The Cat’s paw is a phrase derived from La Fontaine’s fable, “The Monkey and the Cat”, referring to a person used unwittingly or unwillingly by another to accomplish the other’s own purpose.

    thanks, i’ve never heard that. but i have heard of the differences between which countries governments like the US, when their people don’t, and which peoples like the US while their governments don’t. (i did know of persia/iran.
