I recognise 3 of the 5 (Mugabe, Museveni & al-Bashir) but wish he would include Zuma. He’s just upgraded his home pad with US$27 million. US$5million is peanuts in comparison.
(I’d guess that the guy in striped suit was Omar Bongo but he’s dead now)
