WRONG! Maryland and Maine had popular vote by the people back in 2012.
And more than half of Americans accept it.

Oh gee, you can only name two states….two LIBERAL states! All the rest were overturned by judges! And half do NOT accept it no matter what lies you tell yourself!

I love the one about the two lesbians that are getting divorced and are now suing the sperm donor for child support.

I’m a die hard conservative. Same sex marriage? Who cares? Tommy J. Said: “It does me no injury for my neighbor to (have a same sex marriage). It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.”

And yet our SERVANTS = the political class – want us to be at each others throats so class/sex/race warfare is the topic of the day rather than the idiot decisions made by the government every day.

    spend more

    kill more

    arrest children for playing

    idiots

NOTE: original quote attributed to Jefferson was.

“It does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are 20 gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.”

    BOTH are apropos

“Kansas court says sperm donor must pay child support

A Kansas sperm donor caught in the middle of a child support case says he wanted to help a lesbian couple when he made the donation nearly five years ago.

Instead, he may end up paying for his action.

A judge ruled that William Marotta must pay child support, even though he says he signed documents waiving his parental rights."

Thank you Bruce. I agree with you (and TJ). But I want something in return. Chose whoever you want for marriage, but get out of my face about it. With all the promotion of the gay lifestyle you’d think 90% of the population was homosexual.

Did you ever hear the one about gay people are people too and not “the one”?

    you are welcome Hot Dog…..

I could use a little less “in your face” from all concerned too.

But as they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease….

That’s a favorite whine of conservatives (“activist liberal judges”), but it’s ok if it’s done by activist conservative justices. Never mind that a morally repugnant and unconstitutional law was struck down.
    .
    hmmm…
    .
Then again, what other kind of laws do Republican governance come up with? Anything for “jobs, jobs, jobs”?

You said: “only by the actions of activist liberal judges.” I proved you wrong. Deal with it.
And it is MORE than half of Americans accept it. Deal with that, too.

The old argument that it will destroy traditional marriage is far beyond quaint. Heterosexuals did that a long time ago.
