A little much. The GOP didn’t mess up the website except to block the exchanges in the states so the feds had to do it for them.

Like Obama and his administration and the Democrats in Congress had nothing to do with the fiasco of Obamacare…

Actually, the original plan was to keep the feds out of health care by asking each state to have its own service, something the GOP would normally love. But the Republican governors all refused to take part, which throws them on the flawed healthcare.gov site, instead of the more successful sites like Kentucky and Washington have. Also, they’ve managed to kill health care for the poor (and bankrupting their own hospitals in the process) by taking the Supreme Court’s added option of not expanding Medicaid. There are soon to be two health care systems in America — a good, available, affordable system in Blue States, and a horrible, expensive, dysfunctional system in Red states. And if you think it won’t affect you, wait until your neighborhood hospital goes under.

Accusations with absolutely no evidence even pointing that direction is the sign of imbeciles with the pathetic need to throw blame anywhere but in there backyard. People who seek excuses for those they support are just as bad as those who refuse to accept blame for their own inadequacies. Beyond pathetic strip today..

Perhaps “idiots from Canada” is a bit extreme, BUT, the Canadian company hired by Obama and crew, paid almost a hundred million dollars to get the web site on line and functioning was also FIRED by the Canadian gov. because of shoddy work on their web site that was supposed to provide a national gun registry.

But calling them idiots is wrong. They got paid didn’t they?

I’m as confident that we will see an extreme backlash in upcoming elections against the Republican fascists. It’s become too extreme and out of touch. Love this cartoon. It hits the nail on the head. I’ve never seen any group working against the interests of this country as hard as the Tea Baggers. They are one of the most dangerous things to ever arise in this country.

“….. it was Obama who hired the Idiots from Canada to set up the Government Run Website….”
    .
Actually it wasn’t Obama who did the hiring, it was CMS – the Federal Agency tasked with integrating the various contractors work.

CGI has grown to be one of the largest IT services firm in the world. The ACA contract is only one of a number of contracts with the U.S. government, which in total amounts to contracts worth about $2.3 billion. The American work is handled through their American subsiduary CGI Federal. According to the Company, the contracted program was done according to specification. Overloading occured when additional registration security programs were integrated into the main program on the direction of CMS, the U.S. Federal Agency integrating the various contractors. Not hard to see there is plenty of blame to go around, if blame is what you are looking for. But more important than blame, is working together to solve the start-up problems that always seem to plague new complex programs.
