When do we stop blaming women for being there when men want to rape?

Do you think the increase in sexual assaults has anything to do with the fact that we reduced our minimum qualifications for joining the military because of desparation to reach the numbers needed? When we let “minor criminals” into the armed forces, we are asking for trouble. And we got it.

No, the problem is that the military justice system does not dispense justice. TWICE so far this year, three-star generals have overturned sexual assault convictions that were reached by juries that they appointed themselves. It’s disgraceful. Sexual assault should be tried in civilian courts. The incompetence of the military justice system is letting both terrorists AND sexual predators go scot-free. It needs to be ended at home and at Guantanamo.

It is disgraceful and should be dealt with seriously. The problem is the perpetrator is almost always a superior and more likely to be believed that it was consensual or the female made the advancement.

The Sec’y of Defense needs to take action on this.

You are repeating yourself here. Most of these rapes happen in places without high pressure and it is mostly men who get raped.

So you like our boys to be rapists? Quite a horrible social experiment in itself. But you approve of it do you?
