Avoiding the discussion on denier ignorance isn’t best, but given the rarified atmosphere of where the Republican "arguments’ are already coming from??

It is only the public (who do not matter) playing this silly “is it real?” game.
    .
Nations in the northen hemisphere have been putting warships in the newly opened northwest passage two years in a row now.
    .
The leaders pay lip service to ignorance but are taking practical steps to deal with new exploitable areas.

    .
What is going on will continue regardless of opinion, reality is like that.

Whether he likes it or not. At the very least for the sakes of our children, their children, and so on…

Debt can be dealt with, not being able to breath the air, drink the water, or live on the drought ridden land, is something else however…

It IS those things that future generations will curse this one for!!!

Winter is coming, and that proves there’s no global warming. If there WERE global warming, every day would be warmer than the day before.

But, just for the sake of argument, say there is global warming if the average temperature shows a statistically significant increase. Anyone can download the temperatures from thousands of thermometers collected over the last century or so, then average the temperatures for any given day of the year (or for the entire year for each of the last 100 years) and stick those averages into a statistical package that calculates the slope of the line that’s closest to all those averages.

Excel, e.g., shows that the temperature has been increasing by 0.8±0.3 degrees per century, which would means that it’s 95% certain the actual annual average temperature taken over the entire world has been increasing by at least +0.5 degree per century, and since +0.5 is greater than 0, there is global warming.

But I reject all math and statistics, and never use computers, so I’m sticking with my definition: global warming would mean every day would have to be warmer than the day before, and that’s clearly not happening.

Like I’ve pointed out before, your sarcasm goes over the head of anyone you may be trying to influence. Are you just ranting? It doesn’t work. You have great information, but it’s not getting across. Grade: C-

Well, I often enjoy what Michael says, so I’d give him a B+ most of the time.

Ima’s comments to Michael wme is very funny! Ima read the first and last sentences as non-snark, and didn’t read (or comprehend) the middle section, where Michael demonstrates the fact of global warming. Delicious!

Ima, who doesn’t accept the overwhelming scientific evidence support anthropogenic global warming, is commenting on it? Unbelievable.
