    “Government IS the problem”, and Reagan set out to prove it. The day Obama won the election, even before being sworn in, the Republicans proclaimed their ONLY JOB, was to defeat him in 2012, and set out to do NOTHING for America in the meantime, but seek to destroy the nation for political gain, period. Scorched earth is a bad policy, but nobody convinced Boehner, Rove, Norquist, or the others.
